Description
Isoflow Flowshield is a specialty valve isolation sealant developed to isolate qualified block valves by injecting a proprietary-blended formula into the body cavity. The product is designed to secure a reliable temporary seal and should be held and continuously monitored for the required site-specific duration.
Flowshield may be used as proactive support during planned shutdowns, outages, or line decommissioning. It may also be used as an emergency response product to mitigate and seal unplanned gas or oil leaks. When the seal is no longer required, the product is purged and the valve can be returned to normal operating position. Additional use of Isoflow Valve Purge after release of the seal supports maximum product removal from the valve body cavity.
